Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our small team.

Cancellation by Guest

7 or more days before the activity: 100% refund. 3–6 days before the activity: 50% refund. Less than 3 days before the activity: no refund. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email bookings@ponyclub.gr with your name, booking date, and Stripe Session ID (shown on your confirmation email). We will process your request within 2 business days.

Cancellation by Us (Weather or Safety)

If we cancel your activity due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule free of charge. We will contact you as early as possible.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive at the agreed time and location without prior notice forfeit their booking and are not entitled to a refund.

Group Bookings

For groups of 10 or more, cancellation terms may be agreed separately. Contact us at bookings@ponyclub.gr before booking.
